THE LAW OF ASSOCIATION AND WEALTH CREATION

 Jim Rohn noted that we are the average of the five people you associate with. A youth asked me on the ways he would become rich and I asked him to list for me his best 5 friends. So it seems as pointed out to us by the leading figures in leadership and wealth creation such as Brian Tracy, John Maxwell and Anthony Robbins that our association determines our networth. Come to think of it , why are the leading businessmen in Kampala in an association called Kwagalana Group. This is a key lesson for all of us who want to change our financial landscapes. We should be intentional in looking out for people who can guide us to take the long term steps towards financial advancement. 

Luckily now live in a globalized world where there is a lot of information about finances. The days of living in "financial ignorance" are long gone. At a click on my phone I can connect with a leading financial trainer in any part of the world. That means the chances of accumulating financial wealth are more prevalent than every before.

A SAVINGS PLAN CAN AID IN FINANCIAL ADVANCEMENT

 I remember during the Trainer of Trainers training conducted by Bank of Uganda we were encouraged to develop a savings plan. This was a key development because without a plan we may live in financial darkness. WE CELEBRATE GRADUATION BUT AFTER THAT WHAT NEXT ?

 Uganda is officially dominated by young people. Over 50 %of the population are youths. With a high population the job market also shrinks yet people need to survive. It is the means of survival that create social pressure. The unemployment dilemma in the country can be dissected from different angles and each person or all stakeholders have a critical role to play.  Universities and other institutions of higher learning produce over 300,000 graduates per year.
