A WORKING PROFESSIONAL SHOULD HAVE A CLEAR PURPOSE TO MULTIPLY HIS OR HER INCOME IN 2026

 It is the desire of every working professional to improve the quality of their lives in 2026. How possible is this? How come there is a section of working professionals who earn thrice their colleagues? What can we learn from this elite group? In researching about the working professionals who are ahead of others in terms of position and income I have realized that they have a clear purpose. They simply know what they want. Many working professionals have lost out of great opportunities because they have no clear direction. Purpose enables a working professional to think beyond earning a salary. They focus on self improvement well knowing they are the most important resource.

When a company is collapsing they do not fire their leading employees. They focus on those who are non productive . This means that every working professional has the power to elevate their status in terms of productivity. Those who have been promoted over the years are based on the value that they contribute to the company. No employer will want to increase money for a working professional who is not solving unique challenges for the company's challenges . This means that an effective working professional will focus on value adding activities that will save the company costs and increase income for the company.

A working professional who is committed to multiplying their income should seek mentorship and coaching so that he or she can clarify their life purpose and goals. This is because no one can succeed in isolation. We need other experts who are head of the curve to shape our destinies. There are working professionals who are willing to share success nuggets with other working professionals.

In 2026 we need to be clear about our life and career purpose.

 I remember during the Trainer of Trainers training conducted by Bank of Uganda we were encouraged to develop a savings plan. This was a key development because without a plan we may live in financial darkness.
